The terms governing use of the Vicimus website and marketing platform.
Effective date: July 22, 2026
By accessing or using vicimus.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Access to and use of the Bumper platform itself by a dealership client is governed by that client's separate service agreement with Vicimus, not by these Site terms.
This Site is informational and promotional: product information, comparisons, our blog, and ways to get in touch or book a demo. It is not itself the Bumper platform — the platform is accessed separately at bumper.vicimus.com under its own login and client agreement.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any applicable law.
All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and the Bumper, GloveBox, Odometer, Pie, and Vicimus names and marks — is owned by Vicimus or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing here grants you a license to use it except to view the Site in the ordinary course.
The Site may link to third-party sites (partners, sources cited in our blog, social platforms). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicimus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Bumper may provide several ways to opt in to text-message services, including entering a mobile number online, completing a participating dealership's customer paperwork, or replying YES to a confirmation text. By opting in, you consent to SMS/MMS communications from Bumper and participating Bumper clients. Consent to text messages is not required to receive other services from Bumper.
You may cancel at any time by texting STOP. After STOP is received, you will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages through the service. You may join again by signing up through the same opt-in process. Text HELP for instructions and assistance.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or from your mobile number, and Bumper is not responsible for those carrier charges. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. Anyone with access to your device may be able to view messages you receive.
When you opt in and provide a mobile number, you authorize Bumper to contact that number by text using an automatic telephone dialing system, device, or other computer-assisted technology as applicable. For information about how mobile information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
