Markets Served

Run every rooftop like one connected operation.

Canada’s dealer body is more group-owned every year, and a group operating in more than one province is operating under more than one regulator — often in two languages. We connect your rooftops with unified BI, group-wide retention, and advertising that scales without losing the local touch.

The challenge

Scaling across provinces without losing control.

01

Reporting doesn’t roll up cleanly

Every rooftop reports differently, so group leadership can’t compare performance or spot problems early. Unified BI gives one trusted view across the whole organization.

02

One group, several regulators

A group operating in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia answers to OMVIC, AMVIC and the Vehicle Sales Authority — different advertising standards, one set of campaigns, and French where it’s required. Centralized tooling with per-store control is the only way that stays manageable.

03

Local performance still matters

Group scale can’t come at the cost of the individual store. Each rooftop keeps a dedicated performance manager and locally relevant campaigns.

How we help

The products that move the needle here.

Each layers onto what you already run — start with one, add more when you're ready.

Why dealer groups choose Vicimus

The strategy is Tier 4. The rooftops are Tier 2.

Group-level technology pushes routinely outrun what individual store staff can operationalise. The result is a unified platform on the org chart and twelve different versions of the truth in the reporting — which is a rollout problem, not a licensing one.

Most rooftops inside a group
Tier 2, while the group aims at Tier 4
  • Customer data unified across DMS, CRM and OEM portal
  • ×Purchase intent mined from that data, not guessed
  • Automated lifecycle campaigns that run without someone remembering
  • Email, SMS and direct mail from one place
  • ×Call tracking tied back to the campaign that caused the call
  • Website and lead capture connected to the same customer record
  • Reporting that attributes revenue to a specific campaign
  • Somebody accountable for the numbers every month

The research notes that the Top 150 groups are widening their technology-maturity lead independent of how many rooftops they own, while individual stores inside group and OEM programmes remain largely at Tier 2. Baseline figures come from DealerSignals’ Tech Adoption Index, a May 2026 scan of 1,760 US dealership websites, which found the average dealer running 3.8 of 15 core retail-technology categories — with CRM, DMS and F&I appearing far less often than customer-facing storefront technology. Marks in the first column describe that measured baseline and the maturity tiers it supports, not any particular dealership and not any named vendor. “Build it in-house” describes assembling the same capability from separate tools plus internal staff time. Every store differs; if this does not describe yours, that is worth a conversation rather than a correction.
