THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth of our Bumper Lifecycle and Bumper Ads platforms across Canadian dealerships. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close – while helping dealers modernize their marketing and retention strategies.
You’ll be joining during an exciting growth phase as we expand market share, strengthen OEM partnerships, and scale our recurring revenue model. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Prospect, qualify, and close new dealership accounts across your assigned territory
- Conduct discovery calls to understand dealership pain points and revenue opportunities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that connect Bumper’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using HubSpot CRM with accurate forecasting
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within established guidelines
Strategic Account Development
- Develop territory plans that identify high-value prospects and strategic dealership groups
- Build relationships with dealership GMs, marketing directors, fixed ops managers, and ownership
- Position Bumper Lifecycle and Bumper Ads as revenue-driving solutions, not marketing expenses
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention

Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
- Stay current on automotive retail trends, competitor offerings, and dealership challenges

WHAT YOU BRING
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience selling to automotive dealerships
(This is non-negotiable – you must have sold software or technology solutions into dealership environments)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a SaaS or subscription-based sales environment
- Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills – you uncover needs, not push features
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities, both in-person and via video
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting

OEM Program Development & Execution
- Drive adoption of Bumper Lifecycle and Bumper Ads across OEM programs where Vicimus and/or Bumper are already certified / recognized
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM regional managers, dealer development teams, and marketing contacts
- Leverage OEM endorsements and co-op programs to accelerate sales cycles and reduce friction
- Develop territory plans that prioritize high-value dealership groups and strategic accounts within each OEM network
- Coordinate with OEM partners on joint marketing initiatives, training sessions, and dealer events
Full-Cycle Strategic Sales
- Conduct discovery and needs analysis with dealership GMs, marketing directors, and ownership groups
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that align Bumper’s capabilities with OEM programs and dealership goals
- Build consensus among multiple stakeholders (ownership, GM, marketing, BDC, service managers)
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation timelines
- Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot CRM with a focus on high-value, strategic opportunities
Account Management & Expansion
- Ensure successful onboarding and adoption through collaboration with Customer Success
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional locations, product upsells, group-level agreements)
- Act as the voice of OEM dealers to internal teams, providing feedback on product features, pricing, and positioning
- Build case studies and testimonials specific to each OEM network to support ongoing sales efforts
Industry Engagement & Representation
- Represent Vicimus at OEM-sponsored events, dealer meetings, and automotive conferences
- Stay informed on OEM initiatives, marketing programs, co-op funding structures, and competitive dynamics
- Network with dealer principals, 20 Groups, and automotive industry leaders to expand Vicimus’s visibility
WHAT YOU BRING
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5+ years of B2B software sales experience selling to automotive dealerships
(This is essential – you must have a proven track record of selling technology or SaaS solutions into dealership environments)
- Deep understanding of automotive dealership operations, including marketing workflows, DMS systems, CRM platforms, and OEM relationships
- Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines
- Strong relationship-building skills with dealership GMs, ownership groups, and OEM representatives
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) including opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and activity tracking
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly (up to 50%) for in-person meetings, dealer events, and OEM functions
Preferred Experience
- Existing relationships within GM Canada, Stellantis Canada, or Toyota/Lexus Canada dealer networks

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing outbound communication– Contact consumers on behalf of our clients with providing details with regards to campaigns and marketing initiatives though phone, email or SMS providing the highest degree of customer service.
- Coordination of appointments– Scheduling of consumer appointments to fit both the needs of the clients as well as the needs of the organization. Appointments will be coordinated for our group of dealerships clients within the automotive industry.

About the Role
