Jean is a geek who has had a prolific 20 year career built around one common theme: Technology in service to Products, Processes and People. Jean has built four businesses around developing unique products assisting companies reach their goals with technology. Jean has assisted businesses in their use of all forms of web-related technologies to engage consumers, find new revenues, increase existing revenues, cut costs, optimize internal processes, manage projects and develop performing digital products. He has advised large recognizable brand names and niche small businesses alike, spanned across a variety of industries such as retail, automotive, media, services, and non-profits. His mandates have brought him to work in North America, Europe and Asia. During his extensive practice, Jean has developed a methodology called the Integrated Strategy Model to consolidate all the elements of strategic planning, business planning, marketing planning and project management planning together.
